**Job Summary**:
The Account Executive is responsible for maintaining records of accounts for the purpose of preparing periodic reports around GST from time to time. He/She is authorized to perform functions relating to filing returns by the applicable due dates. Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments. Handling petty cash, preparing bills and receipts. Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc. Thorough with statutory compliance of deducted and collected taxes viz Service Tax, TDS,

**Key Responsibilities**:
⦁ Manage a portfolio of companies accounts, acting as the main point of contact.

⦁ Handle income tax, GST, and other relevant tax filings for the company and clients.

⦁ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.

⦁ Collaborate with internal teams to avoid the unnecessary expenses

⦁ Monitor the company's accounts status.

⦁ Monitor and manage ongoing account activities.

⦁ Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate and address client needs.

⦁ Prepare regular reports on account status and performance

⦁ Collaborate with internal teams (such as marketing, sales, and customer service) to deliver successful outcomes for clients.

⦁ Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and account reviews to senior management.

**Requirements**:
⦁ Bachelor's degree in related field.

⦁ Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role, with a focus on TDS filing, tax returns, and DSC management.

⦁ Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and internal teams.

⦁ proficient in Microsoft office.

⦁ Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem - solving.

⦁ Familiarity with TDS and DSC management portals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
