Product Manger

As a Product Manager at AppSquadz, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of our products. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure the successful execution of our product roadmap.
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Product Strategy**: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- **Roadmap Planning**: Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business requirements, and market analysis. Create a roadmap that aligns with business objectives and drives product innovation.
- **Product Development**: Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
- **Product Launch**: Lead the launch of new products and features, including go-to-market strategies, pricing, and positioning. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue generation.
- **Product Performance**: Monitor key performance metrics and analyze user feedback to evaluate product success and identify areas for improvement. Iterate product features and functionality to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and executive leadership. Communicate effectively to align stakeholders around product vision, goals, and priorities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the IT industry, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products from conception to launch.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, UX/UI design principles, and agile project management practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a customer-centric approach to product development.
