Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Installation of HVAC, Chiller, VRV and MEP Project

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and oversee daily installation activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor work quality, identify issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and lead a team of technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials on-site.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Enforce safety protocols and adhere to relevant regulations.
- Gererate and maintain detailed reports on site progress, issues and resolutions.

**Qualification**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
- 2-3 years of experience in in Installation of HVAC, Chiller, VRV and MEP Project
- Solid understanding of HVAC system.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret relavant drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to implement and enforce them.
