**Job Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in supervising plant operations including waste segregation, equipment handling, and general facility management.
- Monitor basic electrical systems, machinery startup/shutdown, and report malfunctions.
- Support the senior supervisor/maintenance team in inspecting MRF equipment like conveyors, motors, and compactors.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the plant area and assist workers in following safety protocols.
- Maintain basic logbooks and report daily activities to the site in-charge.
- Coordinate with workers and ensure timely task execution.
- Communicate with Hindi-speaking laborers and contractors effectively.
- ITI / Diploma (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) - **Freshers welcome**.
- Basic understanding of electrical components like motors, panels, switches, and wiring.
- Ability to speak and understand **Hindi** is **mandatory**; Tamil and English are a plus.
- Willingness to work in industrial/waste management plant environment.
- Physically fit and willing to work in rotational shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
