**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated **Centre In-charge** with a strong science background to join our academic team. The role involves ensuring smooth academic operations, focusing on effective coordination, scheduling, and communication between faculty members, along with a master’s degree in a relevant science field.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Timetable Management**:

- Design and implement the academic timetable, ensuring optimal class schedules, faculty availability, and resource management.
- Work with department heads to create balanced and conflict-free timetables for students and faculty.

**Faculty Coordination**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for faculty members, ensuring effective communication and addressing any academic issues.
- Coordinate with faculty for curriculum planning, lesson delivery, and assessment preparation.

**Student Support and Academic Monitoring**:

- Support students in academic-related matters, including course registration, attendance issues, and academic progress.
- Monitor academic performance, generate reports, and provide insights for improvement.

**Administrative Tasks**:
Maintain and update student records, course materials, and academic databases.

Prepare reports for faculty, department heads, and the administration on academic progress and challenges.

**Qualification**:
Master's degree in a science-related field

**Experience**:
Minimum of 3-5years of experience in academic coordination or educational administration (preferable in a PU Board)

**Skills**:

- Leadership capabilities and a collaborative team player.
- High level of adaptability and initiative in a fast-paced academic environment.
- A passion for fostering a positive and productive learning atmosphere.

**Application Process**:
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
