Job Description

Currently, MGID is hiring a Data Scientist who can help us build effective algorithms for improving user experience and bring right recommendations for users.

**\*\*What You'll Do**:

- Research, develop and maintain State-of-the-Art models for tabular, image and text data;
- Solve non-trivial ML tasks: recommendations for high-load systems, clustering complex data, hierarchical classification, business metrics optimization, etc;
- Using various data engineering techniques: data cleaning and normalization, data transformation, data mining of new features, etc;
- MLOps: deploying, maintaining and optimization of developed models;
- Analyze and identify patterns, formulate hypotheses and insights;
- Visualizing complex data for the better interpretability by stakeholders;
- Conducting and evaluating A/B tests.

**Requirements**:
**Who you are**:

- 3+ years of experience in ML engineering / Data Science;
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning / Deep Learning;
- Advanced Python and SQL skills for transformation complex data;
- Experience with Tensorflow / PyTorch / Keras;
- Strong experience with big data processing technology stack (Spark, Hadoop, etc.);
- Experience with at least one of the visualization libs/tools (seaborn, plotly, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.);
- Understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines;
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills;
- English: Upper-Intermediate/Advanced.

**Will be a plus**:

- Domain knowledge in AdTech - understanding of online advertising, RTB systems, know the difference between DSP, SSP and DMP;
- Hands-on experience with NLP and CV technologies;
- Participation in Kaggle.
