**Job Description**: 1. Must possess expertise on latest agile methodologies and Rally (CA Agile Central) tool 2. Experience in Rally administration - User Administration and Reference Data Administration 3. Experience in creating projects, adding Backlogs, User Stories, Tasks, Timeboxes and Team Planning in Rally 4. Proficient in tracking and reporting of KPI’s such as Iteration Status, Planned Velocity, Accepted Rate, Team & Release Status and Release Metrices on Rally and capable of producing Reporting & metrices (Burndown, Velocity) 5. Extensive hands-on in Rally Defect Suite for defect creation, linking test cases with user stories, execute test case, manage test cases in accordance to test plan 6. Capable of integrating Clarity PPM/JIRA with Rally, aware of integration types, components, benefits and general direction 7. Ability to configure integration details and troubleshoot common Agile Integration Issues and review Integration status for Synchronized projects 8. Ability to deliver customer value, synchronize work to business priorities, coordinating with teams using Rally 9. Establish Project Governance Structure 10. Status of milestones and deliverables across the portfolio 11. Financial information about the budget, forecast, actuals, margins, etc. 12. Project risks and progress on mitigating these risks 13. Operational efficiency and project performance 14. Facilitate team collaboration and communication 15. Responsible for delivery of status reports and insights that analyze business functions and KPI's 16. Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities 17. Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment and 18. Take ownership of the assigned tasks and ensure availability over weekends/holidays as per project need Skill sets: 1. Bachelor’s degree with 6-9 years of experience 2. Must have extensive 6-7 years of experience on Project Management tools MS Project online, JIRA 3. Must have extensive 5+ years of experience on Project Governance 4. Experience with TFS, Rally (CA Agile Central), JIRA ,Confluence and Testing tools 5. Jira and Confluence administration processes include the creation of Jira projects, workflows, screens, post functions, dashboard, issue security, filters, reports 6. Experience with Scrum / Agile methodologies 7. Aware of Scrum Management Reports such as velocity, capacity and ability to derive meaningful information and present it to stakes 8. Ability to monitor overall progress and health of projects 9. Basic knowledge of change management 10. Basic knowledge of SDLC concept 11. Effective communications with all levels of stakeholders 12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 13.
