**About the team**

Worldpay by FIS is building a community of engineers to develop and then commoditize a catalogue of enterprise wide consumable products that can easily and repeatable be scaled and deployed across our global Merchant Cloud & Automation Services (MCAS) architecture. The products you develop will help drive our organization towards our strategic principle ‘Cloud First’ and our successes will be measured through the continued adoption of our MCAS products and services. Operating within a collaborative SAFe environment, we aim to deliver effective solutions focused on business value.

**What you will be doing**

SCRUM, Agile, SAFe experience, conflict management and negotiation skills. People management skills, Team Leadership

**Skills: Jira, Rally, Clarity PPM, MS-Office, Redmine, Window OS**

Knows Scrum values, principles and practices.
Adapts Scrum framework for team needs.
Coordinates with other teams and stakeholders.
