## **Responsibilities**:

- **Bookkeeping**: Maintain and update QuickBooks records daily, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- **Accounts Payable/Receivable**: Manage invoices, process payments, and monitor receivables for timely collection.
- **Reconciliation**: Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial statements monthly to ensure accuracy.
- **Expense Tracking**: Categorize and track expenses while ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- **Payroll Support**: Process payroll entries and ensure timely payment of staff and contractors.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare periodic financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.
- **Budget Assistance**: Work closely with the finance team to manage budgets and provide insights into financial performance.

## **Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 3+ years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably with QuickBooks Online.
- **Skills**: Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, financial reconciliation, and reporting.
- **Technology**: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel. Experience with other accounting tools is a plus.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- **Education**: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
