**ob Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of lab technicians and support staff.
- Ensure accurate and timely analysis of samples while maintaining high-quality control.
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and procurement of laboratory supplies.
- Implement and uphold laboratory protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Train and guide lab staff on best practices and new technologies.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to provide diagnostic support.
- Maintain detailed records and reports of laboratory activities.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Biomedical Science or related field.
- **Experience**: Prior experience as a **Lab Incharge** is required.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
