GGAMCMH is a 100-bedded NABH-accredited hospital dedicated to providing quality healthcare to children and mothers, especially the underprivileged. We are expanding our team and looking for passionate professionals to join us.
Position: Lab Incharge
Qualification:
BMLT / M.Sc. MLT
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in a hospital laboratory (experience as Lab Incharge is mandatory)
Registration:
Mandatory with the Paramedical Council
Language:
Tamil (mandatory)
Shift:
General Shift
Location:
Vellamadam, Kanyakumari District (willingness to relocate is required)
Salary:
Negotiable
Joining:
Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day laboratory operations
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and quality standards
- Oversee laboratory staff and assign duties effectively
- Maintain accuracy in testing, reporting, and documentation
- Implement safety protocols and quality control measures
- Coordinate with doctors and hospital departments for timely diagnostics
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record as
Lab Incharge
in a hospital setting - Strong technical knowledge of medical lab operations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
