General Role Overview:
Nature of Work

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support in drafting a variety of agreements and legal documents from templates: employment offer letters and others- Provide contract administration and organization in database; partner with attorneys, HR, IT to create an efficient contracts management process- Provide project management and deadline tracking for a variety of employment, corporate, immigration projects that involve the legal department- Liaise with outside counsel on select projects- Draft agreements, resolutions, and other legal documents for attorney review- Maintain contract, corporate governance, and other regulatory compliance files, including organizing and indexing of files- Assist in due diligence activities and coordination of closing deliveries for transactions- Perform legal and other research as needed- Prepare and maintain minute books and corporate resolutions with attorney review- Provide support for board meetings, shareholders meetings, and other corporate governance activities.- Provide support in reviewing invoices received by third-party service providers

Minimum Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree and/or paralegal certificate required- Minimum of 5-7 years of practical experience- Familiarity with India laws and corporate compliance work

Knowledges, Skills, Abilities, Competencies- Particular knowledge of employment and corporate law, particularly in India- Excellent interpersonal skills, business judgment and positive attitude- Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment- Ability to handle changing workload priorities and deadlines- Highly organized with professional demeanor- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize and provide exceptional service to both internal and external clients

- Must be willing to travel both domestically, as well as internationally, as required
