**Role Description**:
Collaborate with business and talent teams to establish Ugam’s brand within campuses across the country. The key areas of focus will be to curate marketing content and execute campaigns that engage and attract talent. This role requires thinking creatively in a result-oriented manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish Ugam's brand & services by creating effective marketing collaterals to attract talent from select campuses
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events at campuses and attend them to facilitate their success
- Plan and execute campaigns in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Build long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders, talent communities, professionals, and influencers to help promote Ugam’s employer brand

**Qualifications/Certifications**:

- MBA or Master's in Marketing & Communications
