**Hostel Administration**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all hostel facilities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to institutional policies.
- Allocate rooms and maintain up-to-date records of all residents.
- **Safety and Security**:

- Ensure the safety and security of all hostel residents by enforcing rules and regulations.
- Supervise security personnel and monitor the implementation of safety protocols.
- **Discipline and Behavior Management**:

- Address behavioral issues and maintain discipline among hostel residents.
- Handle conflicts, grievances, and complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
- **Maintenance and Infrastructure**:

- Coordinate with the maintenance staff to ensure the upkeep of hostel facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and sanitation systems.
- Inspect hostel premises regularly to identify and address repairs and cleanliness concerns.
- **Resident Welfare**:

- Foster a positive and inclusive living environment by organizing recreational and cultural activities.
- Act as a mentor and provide guidance to residents when needed.
- **Emergency Management**:

- Act as the first point of contact during emergencies and take appropriate action to ensure resident safety.
- Maintain contact with medical facilities for immediate assistance when required.
- **Coordination and Reporting**:

- Liaise with institutional authorities, parents, and students on hostel-related matters.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on hostel occupancy, maintenance issues, and resident concerns.
- **Budget Management**:

- Oversee the budget for hostel operations, including food, maintenance, and other expenses.
- Ensure cost-effective management without compromising the quality of services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
