Openshift Trainer

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on OpenShift container orchestration for individuals and groups, both in-person and online.
- Develop and update course content to align with the latest OpenShift features, updates, and industry best practices.
- Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and assessments.
- Evaluate participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their understanding of OpenShift concepts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in OpenShift and containerization technologies.
- Collaborate with the training team to enhance the overall training program and delivery methods.
- Provide support and guidance to participants outside of scheduled training sessions as needed.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an OpenShift Trainer or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of OpenShift container orchestration and related technologies.
- Experience in creating and delivering training materials for OpenShift.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt training methods to meet the diverse needs of participants.
- Hands-on experience with OpenShift deployment, administration, and troubleshooting.
- Patience and a passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
