- Social Media Strategy:

- Identify target audiences and create engaging content to increase brand visibility.
- Content Creation and Curation:

- Create and curate compelling content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
- Audience Engagement:

- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond in a timely and engaging manner.
- Foster community engagement through discussions, polls, and other interactive activities.
- Social Media Advertising:

- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to reach specific target audiences.
- Monitor and optimize advertising performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analytics and Reporting:

- Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools such as Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, and others.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Social Media Trends:

- Stay informed about current social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Recommend and implement innovative strategies to capitalize on emerging trends.
- Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the marketing team, content creators, and other departments to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all channels.
- Provide social media insights and recommendations for integrated marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SMO Executive or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
