JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : - 1.RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SUCESSFUL MANGEMENT OF DIGITAL STRATEGY. 2.DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING STRATEGIES FOR COMPANIES SOCIAL MEDIA SITIES FOCUSING ON FACEBOOK,TWITTER,INSTAGRAM,LIKEDI ETC. 3.KNOWING WHAT TYPE OF CONTENT WORKS BEST ON WHAT PLATFORM AND OPTIMIZING CONTENT ACCORDINGLY. 4.CREATE ENGAGING AND PROFESSIONAL VISUALS/ CONTENT OPTIMIZED FOR THE PLATFORM USED AND INTEND AUDIENCE. 5.BLOGGING,CREATING SOCIAL MEDIA PROFILES ANDMANGING REGULAR POST. 6.GAIN FOLLOWERS AND CREATE A POSITIVE IMAGE OF THE COMPANY. 7.STAY ABREAST WITH UPCOMING SOCIAL MEDIA TRENDS AND TOOLS - INCLUDING ATTENDING NETWORKING AND EDUCATIONAL EVENTS,READING BLOGS AND LISTENING TO PODCASTS. 8.ANALYZE AND REPORT MEDIA ACTIONS AND CAMPAIGNS EVERY MONTH FOR NEW OPPORTUNTIES. 9.MANGE AND FACILITATE SOCIAL MEDIA COMMUNITIES BY RESPONDING TO SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS AND DEVELOPING DISCUSSION. 10.PERFORM RESERACH ON CURRENT BENCHMARK TRENDS AND AUDIENCE PREFERNCES. 11.MONITOR TRENDS AND ACTITIVES OF MAIN COMPETITORS ON SOCIAL MEDIA. 12.UNDERSTANDING OF GOOGLE ANALYTICS OR ANY TOOL & REVIEW THEIR PROMATIONS/PERFORMANCE,BOUNCE RATE, ETC. JOB REQUIREMENTS : - 1.2-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A SOCIAL STRATEGIST OR SIMILAR ROLE. 2.UP TO DATE WITH THE LATEST TRENDS AND BEST PRACTICES IN SMO. 3. DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIES FOR THE WEBSITES. 4.MANGING PROFILES AND PAGES ON SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES,INCLUDING FACEBOOK,TWITTER,LINKEDIN AND COMMUNITY SITES. 5.POSTING CONTENT ON RELEVANT BLOGA/FOR FORUMS AND SEEDING CONTENT INTO SOCIAL APPLICATIONS WHEN NEEDED. 6.MONITORING AND REPORTING USAGE STATISTICS AND OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA NETWORKS. 7.KEEPING A CHECK ON EMERGING TRENDS AND INDUSTRY STANDARDS IN SOCIAL MEDIA. 8.CONDUCTING RESEARCH AND RECOMMENDING NEW SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS AND OPPORTUNITIES. 9.INCREASING THE NUMBER OF FANS AND FOLLOWERS ON SOCIAL MEDIA NETWORKS. 10.WEBSITE ANALYSIS USING A VARIETY OF ANALYTICS TOOLS,INCLUDING GOOGLE ANALYTICS, AS WELL AS INTERNAL REPORTING TOOLS. 11.EXCELLENT WRITTEN SKILLS. 12.CAN CREATE VIEDOS/GIFs/SOCIAL MEDIA CAPTIONS TO UNDERSTAND KEY CHALLENGES FACED BY THE CLIENTS. 13.STRONG ORGANGIZATIONAL,TIME MANGEMENT,AND ANALYTICALS SKILLS. 14.TEAM PLAYER. EMPLOYMENT TYPE : - FULL TIME EXPERIENCE : - 2 TO 5 YEARS SALARY : - 30K - 35K WORK OF MODE : - DAY SHIFTS ( 8 WEEKS OFF ) LOCATIONS : - GURUGRAM
