Balance Nutrition has grown 5X last fiscal year without a single rupee ad spend driven by content

We have build a massive community of followers across social media platforms using our organic content and over last 7 years build a solid content library

Now the founders are looking to hand over this batin of content strategy and create a team of people

You will be responsible for content across all social media platforms (facebook instagram, threads youtube pinterest linkedin ) with the aim of community budding and increasing engagement.

At the same time enhance the brand, you will be required to have a deep understanding of our target audience or brand product offerings and the USPs.

The main focus of the content strategist is content planning, which includes content creation, curation, planning, and research. You will need to know trending topics themes keywords, constantly scan market and peers to understand how do we differentiate the brand and build a stronger connect and induce deeper longer engagement with our social media audience

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Strategizing content pillars and sub pillars
- Developing clear and engagement content that is consistent with the company's brand image and addresses both business goals and consumer needs.
- Strategizing and improving content delivery and promotion

collect information about the different types of customer personas the business is targeting
- Analyzing content marketing data to identify trends and anticipate consumer needs and then devise content strategies to convert new and existing customers.

**Content Strategist Requirements**:

- Exceptional marketing and collaborative skills.
- The content strategist role requires excellent writing skills,
- Good analytical abilities to spot patterns themes and trends in content marketing
- Proven content strategy and project management experience.
- Sound knowledge of content management systems, keyword research tools, social media platforms, search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM).

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
