**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of social media marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and inquiries, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms using social media management tools.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our social media presence.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for social media.
- Engage with followers, influencers, and industry professionals to build and nurture online communities.
- Assist in monitoring and managing online reputation and brand presence on social media.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, either through internships, personal projects, or professional work.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their features, and best practices for engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Facebook Insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,032.88 - ₹13,000.00 per month
