As part of our commitment to providing excellent support and information to our clients, the Telecaller team plays an essential role in engaging with prospective students and partners.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- **Daily Outreach**: Make a minimum of 80 calls per day, aiming to connect with at least 60 prospective students or agents.
- **Customer Engagement**: Communicate program details, address inquiries, and provide guidance on services offered by MSM Unify.
- **Information Collection**: Document call outcomes accurately, ensuring all information is captured and stored correctly.
- **Feedback Gathering**: Collect feedback from callers to help improve our services and enhance user experience.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with team members to share insights and improve communication strategies.
- **Professionalism**: Maintain a positive and professional tone in all interactions to uphold MSM Unify's reputation.

Qualifications and Skills
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
- **Self-Motivated**: Target-driven with the ability to work independently to achieve daily call goals.
- **Resilience**: Ability to handle rejections gracefully and maintain a positive attitude throughout the day.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, or other tracking tools to record call outcomes.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent time-management skills to manage a high volume of calls and documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
