**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Product Selection & Inventory Management**:

- Assist in planning and forecasting product demands to meet financial objectives.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely product availability.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to maintain optimal inventory.
- **Visual Merchandising**:

- Develop and execute in-store displays that align with brand aesthetics and attract customers.
- Ensure products are presented in an organized and appealing manner to maximize sales.
- **Sales Performance & Customer Engagement**:

- Achieve or exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques and customer engagement.
- Provide expert advice to customers on product features, benefits, and styling options.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- **Promotional Activities & Market Analysis**:

- Participate in promotional campaigns and events to boost product visibility.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to align strategies.
- Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Educational Background**:

- Graduate or a Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
- **Experience**:

- At least 2 years of experience in sales or merchandising, preferably in the apparel industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of retail management software is a plus.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Customer-oriented with a passion for fashion and trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
