We are looking for an **Admin Coordinator** to join our team at CIED Cochin.

**Responsibilities**
- Purchases and maintenance of any assets, services and other commodities related to company
- Organizing events in the company
- Coordinating with bank, legal, statutory and other offices/persons to perform tasks related to company
- Helping operation and HR team with documentation and records
- Schedule meetings, handle calls concerned to the department etc
- Prepare reports
- Get involved in documentation activities

**Must Have’s**
- Any graduation
- Team player
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Can work independently but also within a team
- Must be willing to do small travels when required
- Can do, proactive, positive and collaborative demeanor

**Good To Have**:

- Active participant in college fests, extra-curricular activities etc
- Blogging or other creative work involvement is an added advantage
