**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Design, implement, and evaluate training programs tailored to the needs of employees.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions using various instructional techniques.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with management.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to employees post-training to ensure knowledge retention.
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training methodologies.
- Collaborate with other departments to align training initiatives with organizational goals.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Trainer or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial software; experience in teaching or using such software is highly desirable.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage participants effectively.
- Ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate learning solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
