**Job Title: Sampling Coordinator / Sampling QC**

**Department**: Merchandising / Sampling
**Location**: B-7, Noida,UP-201301

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sampling Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the merchandising team to understand buyer sample requirements.
- Plan and prioritize sample development as per the Time and Action (T&A) calendar.
- Liaise with pattern master, sampling tailors, fabric and trims store for smooth sampling execution.
- Maintain proper sample records (Style, Buyer, Size, Fabric, Sample Type, Dates).
- Track all samples sent to buyers and follow up for approvals.

**Quality Assurance (Sampling QC)**:

- Conduct thorough quality checks for each stage of sample development (fit, proto, PP, etc.).
- Ensure samples adhere to buyer specifications and tech packs.
- Highlight and document sample rejections/issues and coordinate with relevant teams for corrective actions.
- Monitor measurements, workmanship, fabric quality, trims, and overall presentation.
- Conduct inline checks during sampling to ensure consistency and avoid repetitive mistakes.

**Communication & Documentation**:

- Communicate with buyers or buying house QC (if applicable) for sample feedback and queries.
- Update sample status in internal systems and share sample reports with management.
- Assist in preparing inspection reports, corrective actions, and approval documents.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Good knowledge of garment construction and finishing.
- Familiarity with measurement standards, inspection procedures, and AQL levels.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Basic understanding of fabric, trims, and technical packs.

**Educational Qualification & Experience**:

- Graduate / Diploma in Fashion Technology / Garment Manufacturing / Textile.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in sampling or QC in a garment exports/manufacturing unit.
- Experience with international buyers and tech pack handling is preferred.

**Performance Indicators**:

- On-time sample submissions.
- Sample approval rate on the first submission.
- Number of reworks or sample rejections.
- Accuracy of sample measurements and workmanship.
- Compliance with buyer quality standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
