**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **MIN EXPERIENCE 5 YEARS IN GARMENT EXPORT (no other industry's experience will be counted).**:

- **ONLY GARMENT EXPORT EXPERIENCE IN WOMENSWEAR WILL BE COUNTED.**:

- **MUST HAVE TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE OF FABRIC, STITCHING, EMBROIDERY, PRINTING & DIFFERENT TYPES OF JOB WORKS**:

- **RESIDENCE SHOULD BE IN NOIDA AND TRAVELING SHOULD NOT BE AN ISSUE TO PHASE 2 NOIDA**

JOB Duties for Garment Export Merchandiser Role:

- Independent handling & responsibility of given buyer/buying house accounts.
- Providing support to the senior merchandiser, sampling master and his team to ensure that all sampling work is accurate and completed in time.
- Constant follow up with sampling team to ensure work is being done within deadlines.
- Visit local markets to source fabrics, trims, accessories & new products for sampling styles.
- Get timely approval of lab dips, trims and artwork from senior management before organizing couriers to be sent to buyers/buying houses.
- Preparation of Spec sheets to accompany all samples sent to buyer/buying house.
- Checking & finalizing of couriers being sent to buyers to ensure requirements, quality standards, measurements, etc., are being met properly and to ensure that the couriers are sent in the stipulated time frame as outlined by senior management. It is company policy that couriers are only finalized and sent under Merchandiser’s supervision.
- Liaising with various departments and production team to ensure that production is being carried out as per samples passed by buyers/buying houses and as per their technical specifications (E.g. Random Inspections at various production/finishing stages).
- Make sure the sampling files are kept updated and filed with counters, lab dips, etc.
- Creating reports & Order Process Files.
- Liaising and regularly following up with vendors of fabrics, trims, accessories, local dyers, printers, embroiderers, etc.
- Responsible to provide accurate costing for styles that are being sampled.
- Responsible to create harmony and make efforts to gel well with all staff members.
- Directly accountable for non-compliance of duties/responsibilities.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
