Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to phone calls, messages and other forms of correspondence.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and other events.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other documents as required.
- Attend calls from clients.
- Conduct research and compile reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Perform other duties.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
