TENDERING AND BIDDING PROCESS

**Job Description**:
Knowledge of tendering and procurement process (online and offline).
Hands-on experience in vendor registration, EProcure, GeM, Government portals, etc.
Technical and commercial requirement evaluation of tender papers and checking the eligibility criteria.
Filling tenders, knowledge of tender and can evaluate and understand the eligibility criteria of the tender, understanding the targets, shortlisting the tender.
Oversee the compilation and, when necessary, the drafting of high-quality proposals, bids, and tender answers to ensure that tenders and bids are handled professionally, quickly, and compliantly.
Communicate with vendors as needed during the tender process, such as non-disclosure agreements, confirmation of interest, EMD etc.
Maintains a list of eligible vendors, particularly for upcoming bids.
Coordinating with the internal team in the tendering process as per the requirement.
Checking and uploading documents required for tender.
Maintains tender files and arranges for archiving following the completion of the tender.
