We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Telecaller to assist students with inquiries regarding our CA Exam Test Series. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to inform students about our website and available resources, address their questions, and guide them in connecting with mentors to meet their preparation needs. You will play a key role in providing students with a seamless experience, ensuring they have all the information and support they need for their CA exam preparation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inform and Educate Students**: Provide detailed information to students about our CA Exam Test Series available on the website. Ensure they understand the features, benefits, and how to access the test materials.
- **Answer Inquiries**: Respond to students’ queries regarding test series, exam preparation, website navigation, and mentor support. Provide clear and accurate answers to help students make informed decisions.
- **Guide Students to Mentors**: Assist students in understanding how they can connect with mentors for personalized guidance and support. Help them with the process of reaching out to the right mentor for their specific needs.
- **Provide Personalized Assistance**: Understand the individual requirements of students and recommend appropriate packages or resources based on their current level of preparation and goals.
- **Follow Up and Nurture Leads**: Regularly follow up with potential students to ensure they have the information they need and to encourage them to enroll in the test series.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep accurate records of all interactions with students, updating CRM systems with relevant details and feedback.
- **Resolve Issues**: Address any concerns or issues raised by students, ensuring quick resolutions and a positive experience. Escalate unresolved issues to higher management as necessary.
- **Promote Services**: Encourage students to explore additional services or packages that may support their exam preparation journey.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹26,054.46 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
