Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in mathematics and science to students.
- Instruct students in mathematical and scientific concepts, problem-solving techniques, and critical thinking skills.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual student needs.
- Utilize various teaching resources, including textbooks, online tools, and hands-on activities.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Assess student understanding through quizzes, assignments, and periodic tests.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills and performance.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and grades.
- Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Attend occasional staff meetings and professional development sessions.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts in an understandable manner.
- Teaching experience or a passion for education and mentoring.
- Ability to engage and motivate students to excel in their studies.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
- Availability to teach from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM on specified days.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science, Education, or a related field (preferred but not required).
