Company Description Teach Better.ai, founded by seasoned professionals and alumni of NIT, XIM, and IIM, is on a mission to simplify teaching and amplify learning using cutting-edge AI-powered tools. We are building a platform to transform K12 education by empowering teachers, supporting schools, and helping students learn faster and better. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a CTO at Teach Better.ai. The CTO will be involved in the day-to-day development of the AI platform, collaborating with the team to drive innovation and product advancement. Hands-on Full stack development experience is mandatory. NOTE: This will be a full-time equity only role to start with, just like the other 2 founders of Teach Better.ai. Equity % will depend on level of experience. While investment is not mandatory, it will help to ensure skin in the game and also get a decent share of equity. Qualifications Full-stack development experience mandatory (Python, Fast API, AWS, Post Gre SQL, AI Models, RAG, Next JS, etc.) Experience working with AI models Ability to build tech products hands-on Analytical Skills, Research, and Communication abilities Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment Experience in education technology, or related fields Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
