**Job Description for Azure /AWS L2**
- Accountable for uptime of Cloud Services.
- Cloud Infrastructure Deployment (IaaS, PaaS) as client & industry standard, ensuring security is taken care.
- Coordination with the Functional teams within client
- Follow process as defined ITIL standards.
- Contain escalations.
- Ensure upkeep of Inventory.
- Vendor coordination.
- Ticket tracking raised with CSP (Cloud Service Provider).
- Login to Severity bridges and help Troubleshoot the issue, provide interim solution, and reach to the root cause.
- RCA Creations
- Managing & Monitoring Service Desk Tickets related to function.
- Provide inputs & updates to supervisors.
- Mentoring the subordinates.
- Creating SOP’s for future references to new joiners.
- Periodic reviews with subordinates.
- Task assignment and governance.
- Explore operational automations which can simplify the work.
- Exploring new technology enhancements.
- **Requirement**:

- Relevant Experience of 5-10 Yrs. on any two of the Cloud Provider (Azure / AWS or GCP).
- Willing to work in rotational shift.
- Willing to work from Office (6 days) and no pick and drop facility
- Should have good analytical skills and quick learner.
- Preferably Graduate, BE/Btech will be added advantage.
- Work location will be Mumbai-Vikroli or Thane.
- Should be a good team player.
- Should have good Verbal & Written Communication.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
