**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Design Coordination

2. Site Execution

3. Making changes in Drawings using AutoCAD

4. Monitoring Drawings given by Consultant

5. Coordination with Architect Consultant

6. Making GFC

7. Conduct site visits and coordinate with on-site contractor team and consultants (structural designers, facade consultants, MEP consultants, lighting consultants, sustainability consultants etc)

8. Should be good with Drawings as there will be no Draughtsman in Team

9. Monitor and guide on project management and advise/allocate resources and staff

1. Bachelors / Masters degree in Architecture is a must

2. Good experience in Architect Drawings

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
