Job Title**:Marketing Strategist**

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies that support the company's goals and objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competition, and customer needs
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Develop and manage the marketing budget and ensure that all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Analyze customer insights and behaviors to develop effective segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies
- Develop and manage marketing KPIs to measure campaign success

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, market research and analysis, with a focus on developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make decisions and drive marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across different departments
- Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns that have driven revenue growth and brand awareness
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and resources
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Understanding of customer segmentation and targeting strategies
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and develop new strategies accordingly

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
