2D detailing of kitchen and wardrobe
- Knowledge in electrical drawings and production measurement
- Software knowledge: AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, Sketch up and photoshop
- Preparation of Schedule & Tracking of Projects in Microsoft Project. Micro level Scheduling of Civil, Structural, External development & Interior works (BOH & public Area) Preparation of Project Cost reports & identifying the overflow. **Coordinate with consultants and architects to ensure timely receipt of drawings (and BOQs); Seek clarifications on drawings, if required ** Supervise and inspect construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications; Highlight deviations and escalate issues to the Project Manager, if required **Monitor daily operations at the site and ensure adherence to the project plan; Coordinate activities of the various partners at the project site to ensure work is undertaken as per timelines ** Maintain daily progress reports and ensure timely communication of critical information from the projects site to the Project Manager; Continuously monitor the project budget, resource requirements, cycle time and productivity levels

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Interior design: 1 year (preferred)
- Drafting: 1 year (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
