**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tele-calling**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and their parents.
- Provide detailed information about educational programs and services.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up with potential leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update into excel sheet.
- **Admission Counseling**:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and parents to understand their educational needs and goals.
- Develop and present tailored educational plans based on individual student needs.
- Track and report on admission metrics and outcomes.
- **Some time all teams have to visit near by area for marketing and counseling as per requirement.**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field; a degree in education or counseling is a plus.
- Proven experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer service; experience in educational counseling is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Ms Office like Word, Excel sheet,CRM software.(Microsoft Office Suite.)

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with the education sector, especially for Class 1 to 12 students.
- Previous experience in a similar role or educational institution.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
