**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner and provide information about products and services as requested by the customer**-**Keep records of interaction of customers, keeping records of details of customer complaints, inquiries and comments**-**Render Administrative support to other customer care team members when the need arises, or as instructed**-**Follow up customers and their complaints, ensuring that customers' requests are attended accordingly**-**Excellent communication skills (Verbal, writing & Reading), especially coupled with fluency in English language**-**Must have a minimum 2 years of experience in International voice process/Customer Service or Transport/Logistics**-**Knowledge about Geographical areas of UK will be an added advantage**-**Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively**-**Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening**-**Ability to listen and pay attention to details-
**-**Problem solving skills needed to be able to quickly resolve customer complaints and other issues that may arise from time to time**-**Ability to effectively work with the team-
**-**Willing and comfortable to work as per UK shift timings.Key Skills
