**Responsibilities**:

- Providing exceptional customer service to the customers.
- Previous experience in Customer service role will be a plus.
- Selling of banking products to the clients.
- Identifying new leads and pitching to the clients.
- Providing service to existing customers and required to manage all aspects of customer relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Good Communication Skills
- Problem Solving Attitude
- Sales Attitude
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to effectively close sales deals
