He has built 2 fintech startups before, as a founding member of CapitalFloat and Incred, both pioneering businesses valued >$500Mn The Leap team has a fine balance of industry experience (edtech, fintech, study abroad) and technical skills (engineering, product, design) **About the Role**: - Leap’s central content team is our in-house agency bringing the fastest growing study abroad brand to life. We have an impressive 600K+ followers on Instagram and 200K+ subscribers on Youtube. Your mandate will be to increase brand awareness and reach by cracking content and distribution on digital platforms like YouTube and Instagram. **The charter for this role will include**- Develop and craft engaging scripts for content across Leap's Social Media channels- - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand content requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals- - Exhibit proficiency in creative writing to produce compelling and resonant content- - Assist in managing and executing content strategies on various social media platforms- - Contribute to the enhancement of Leap's brand identity through innovative and impactful content creation- Assist in monitoring and analysing key metrics to evaluate content performance and inform future strategies **Ideal Persona**- Someone who has the ability to craft compelling and engaging content, with a focus on social media platforms- - Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of effectively communicating and collaborating with diverse teams.- - Proficient in creative writing, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling- - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment**Good to have**- Possesses a personal social media account with a significant following, demonstrating understanding and proficiency in content creation and engagement**Mutual Respect**: We love people who are ‘relentlessly resourceful’.
