Navjeevan Hospital is seeking a dedicated and efficient Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining smooth operations within the hospital.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors and patients courteously.
- Schedule appointments and manage incoming calls efficiently.
- Register patients accurately into the hospital database.
- Verify patient insurance coverage and assist with inquiries.
- Collaborate with billing department for accurate billing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and computer skills essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
