Raah child development center is dedicated to supporting children's growth through personalized ,therapies and programs. We are looking for a friendly, organised and efficient receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Applicants from Kharghar are preferred for convenience and ease of commute

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients, parents and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously
- Arrange and confirm appoinments, ensuring smooth scheduling for therapists and clients
- Manage and update the Electronic Health Records ( EHR) system accurately
- Handle client inquiries and provide information about center services
- Assist with billing and payment processing when required
- Prepare and maintain daily/ weekly schedules for staff
- Coordinate communication between clients, therapists and management
- Keep records of attendance, cancellations and follow-ups
- Provide administrative support such as filing, photocopying and scanning documents.

**Qualification**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Professional and empathetic demeanor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 30 - 48 per week
