As an Administrative Assistant, the successful applicant will be expected to support business leaders and HR People Operations Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Support Business Leads on all-round administrative duties:

- Handle contractual issues
- Verify and check bills / invoices and take care of the whole claims and expenses process
- Schedule, plan and arrange logistics regarding business trips and meetings
- Support HR daily operations including but not limited to
- prepare employment contracts and contract renewal
- probation letter/reference letter etc,
- onsite employee’s onboarding
- Medical Insurance enrolment and termination
- payroll administration
- offboarding tasks
- Maintain and update employees’ record in HRIS system and HR Central Filing System
- Co-ordinate the staff activities
- Provide support in HR Ad-hoc Projects
- Take care the office supplies and maintenance
- Process and direct mail and incoming packages or deliveries
- Improve the existing administrative processes and vendor management and negotiate with related stakeholders if needed

**Qualifications**
- Degree/ Diploma holder in Human Resources / Business Administration discipline
- 4+ years of office administrative / HR shared services experience, preferably in a MNC environment
- Knowledge in India Labour Law
- Fluent English speaking and writing is a must
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to all levels of stakeholders
- Flexible, agile and can easily adapt to a dynamic environment
- Extremely attentive to details and able to work under pressure
- Immediately available is preferable
