**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee all export and import activities, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with export-import regulations and laws, including customs requirements, trade agreements, and export controls.
- Prepare and review shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping labels.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and other logistics partners to arrange timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of export-import transactions, including shipment schedules, customs declarations, and duty payments.
- Provide guidance and support to sales, procurement, and other departments on export-import procedures and requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in export-import operations, preferably in a manufacturing or trading company.
- Strong knowledge of export-import regulations, customs procedures, and international trade documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Incoterms and international shipping terms.
- Certification or training in export-import management is a plus.
