Procurement Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sourcing and Vendor Management**:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure advantageous agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and explore opportunities for cost savings.
- **Procurement Process**:

- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
- **Cost Negotiation and Budgeting**:

- Negotiate prices and terms to achieve optimal cost savings.
- Develop and manage procurement budgets in coordination with finance departments.
- **Contract Management**:

- Draft and review contracts, ensuring they align with legal and organizational requirements.
- Monitor contract performance and address any deviations or issues.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Stay informed about market trends, new products, and changes in suppliers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers and cost-effective procurement opportunities.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify and assess potential risks in the supply chain.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure a stable and reliable supply of goods and services.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure that procured goods and services meet quality standards.
- Address any quality issues with suppliers promptly.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities.
- Prepare reports on procurement performance, cost savings, and other relevant metrics.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
