**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Invoicing & Purchase Entries**: Generate and manage invoices, record purchase transactions, and ensure timely updates.
- **Reconciliation**: Verify and reconcile payments and remittances from **Razorpay & Shiprocket** against invoices and bank statements.
- **Stock & Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory levels.
- **Expense & Bill Management**: Track and categorize business expenses, vendor bills, and payment schedules.
- **Bank & Payment Gateway Reconciliation**: Ensure all transactions are correctly recorded and reconciled in **Zoho Books**.
- **Tax Compliance**: Assist in GST filings, TDS, and other applicable tax-related documentation.
- **Financial Reporting**: Generate periodic financial statements, reports, and summaries for business analysis.
- **General Bookkeeping**: Maintain proper records of accounts, perform audits, and ensure compliance with financial policies.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum **1-2 years** in bookkeeping/accounting, preferably with **Zoho Books**.
- **Skills**: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliation, and inventory management.
- **Tools**: Proficiency in **Zoho Books, Excel, and Payment Gateway Reconciliation (Razorpay, Shiprocket, etc.)**.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to manage multiple financial transactions accurately.
- **Availability**:Part-time**, with flexible hours based on workload.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **eCommerce accounting** and handling **multi-channel sales reconciliation**.
- Familiarity with **Tally, QuickBooks, or other accounting software** is a plus.
- Prior work experience in **jewelry, fashion, or retail business** bookkeeping is an advantage.

Pay: ₹4,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
