**Minimum Job Requirements**
**Educational Qualification: LLB**
**Experience: 2 to 5 years**
**Any additional requirements**:
- **The license of bar association would be an added advantage.**:
- **He must additionally be technologically adept and possess excellent computer skills. He must have good Ms Office, Ms Excel and Powerpoint skills, which will be necessary for the creation of various legal documents and engaging presentations as required.**

- **Operate within a prescribed budget and, where possible, institute procedures that will make the team more efficient and reduce costs.**

- **To help in reducing the number of Observations by Statutory/Internal Auditors related to Finance Department.**

- **Ensure that there is a regular circulation of information on relevant laws and policies across the Department.**:
- **To update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.**
**Internal Business Process**
- **Conduct legal research on cases and gather pertinent legal information.**:
- **Compile, proofread and edit drafts of contracts, leases, licenses, policies and other legal documents.**:
- **Monitor, study and develop written summaries of proposed and enacted legislation, regulations, court decisions, industry guidelines, trade journals and other relevant publications.**:
- **Assist with case preparation including opening and closing arguments.**:
- **Daily record keeping with Legal Management Software.**:
- **Analyze and summarize documents.**
