Role Description:
**Responsibilities**:
Deliver Cybersecurity courses, including both theoretical and practical instruction, to students in a flexible setting.
Develop and update curriculum materials to ensure they are relevant and aligned with current industry standards.
Provide guidance and mentorship to students throughout the course, addressing questions and helping them troubleshoot coding challenges.
Foster a positive and engaging learning environment to ensure student success.
Stay updated with the latest Cybersecurity technologies and Industrial best practices.
Collaborate with the Codertia team to continuously improve training methods and course content.

Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience in Cybersecurity.
Teaching or training experience in Cybersecurity is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of industry best practices, including secure coding principles, threat modeling, incident response frameworks, vulnerability management, and regulatory compliance (such as ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable way.
Ability to work effectively in a flexible setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
