**Job Title**: UX Designer

**Location**:Nagpur

**Experience**: 2-4 years
- Identify and troubleshoot existing UI & UX problems
- Leverage customer empathy, research, and design principles to support design decisions
- Participates in a robust design culture by championing user-centric design and design thinking
- Focus on timely delivery of flows working with the Lead/Senior Designers, Product Manager, and Engineers
- Navigate through internal dependencies within the design team and some external dependencies on development and product teams (product and dev collab)
- Drive productivity within your own team by ensuring processes are followed
- Responsible for ensuring design quality, consistency, and coherence of user interfaces across products
- Collaborate with front-end engineers to understand their constraints and needs for easy execution of the design system
- Ideate, execute, maintain, and update our UI components, interactions, patterns, and version control system for product design
- Work closely with the Design Lead to ensure that your concepts meet our customer's expectations and will deliver the desired results.
- Write detailed documentation to ensure efficient development.
- Deliver designs that support our service-wide User Experience strategy and design system by collaborating with the appropriate UX Leads to drive coherence and continuity.
- A design-related bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- 2 years of experience as a UX or product designer with a software/platform company
- Portfolio of design projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical thinker, problem solver and customer-centered
- Up-to-date knowledge of Figma, our primary design tool
- Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human-Computer Interaction is a plus
- A willingness to learn, experiment, and leverage data to create a more effective experience.

**Mandatory Skill** : HTML, CSS, jQuery, Angular, JavaScript

**Salary**: ₹3.00 - ₹5.00 per year
