Job Description: UI/UX Designer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer with a strong emphasis on user research to join our design team. As a UI/UX Designer with a focus on user research, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing user data, understanding user needs and behaviors, and translating these insights into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. Your work will play a vital role in shaping the user experience of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- User Research: Conduct user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points. Utilize various research techniques to gather quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions.
- User Persona Development: Create user personas based on research findings, highlighting user demographics, goals, motivations, and behaviors. Use these personas to guide design decisions and ensure the end product meets user needs.
- Information Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the information architecture and structure of user interfaces. Organize and label content in a user-centric manner to optimize usability and findability.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts. Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing results.
- User Interface Design: Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with the brand identity and product goals. Create high-fidelity mockups and design specifications to guide the development team.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the user interfaces. Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improving the user experience.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure a cohesive and user-centered design process. Effectively communicate research findings, design concepts, and rationale to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role, with a strong focus on user research.
- Proficiency in user research techniques such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and persona development.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.
- Experience with visual design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial but not required.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex user data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design work, including user research activities and resulting design solutions.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
