1) Responsible to work closely with the talent acquisition team for a seamless hiring process.

2) Responsible to manage the full recruiting lifecycle across the various departments of the organization majorly call center recruitment.

3) Coordinating and managing all parts of the hiring process.

6) Coordinating and conducting interviews.

8) Creating and assessing assignments on language, logical reasoning, and aptitude.

9) Keep track of job boards, social networks, and other platforms that enable HR hiring, with relevant job descriptions and announcements.

**Required skills and qualifications**

1) MBA HR Graduate or equivalent

2) 3-4 years of experience working as recruiter.

3) Good communication and convincing skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
