- Able to handle any breakdowns related to HVAC & Electrical equipment's in the building
- Well experienced in maintaining all Preventive Maintenance Documents for of HVAC and Electrical Equipment's
- Excellent communication skills with positive attitude - Admirable skills in operating all types of power and hand tools, safely and effectively
- Thorough with the servicing procedure of AC
- Troubleshot of all type of refrigerator and water coolers, bottle coolers def. freezers
- Good knowledge about fire fighting and fire safety
- Operation and Maintenance of PCC Panels, APFCR Panels, Fire Panels, HVAC Panels, UPS Panels, STP Panels etc.

Education/Qualification:
Having good skills of HVAC and Chillers

Diploma Holder and experienced Person required

**Salary**: Max 25K

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
